The pads prevent my feet from sliding forward in my shoes. This helps maintain a proper fit and avoided that uncomfortable cramming of toes at the front of my heels. Additionally, the soft gel material doesn't irritate my skin and feels quite natural. After a long day, I noticed that my feet didn’t feel as sore as they typically would.
