The heart of this machine is a robust cast iron parallel twin-cylinder compressor with aluminium pistons. The aluminium after-cooler is assisted by a fan integrated into the drive pulley. The cooler air output contributes to the compressor's overall efficiency and performance. The aftercooler helps ensure that less moisture ends up in your air hose protecting your tools from damaging moisture. The unit also features a pump speed of 950 rpm and a duty cycle of 0.75, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. AIR OUTPUT AND MONITORING
The Unimac ACM-1000c features air output settings and monitoring. Designed for precision and control the dual gauges allow monitoring of tank, line and pnuemostat pressure, while dual outlets offer the convenience of using two tools simultaneously. The working pressure is set at 116PSI (8 bar) with a restart pressure of 86PSI (6 bar), providing a reliable operating range. It maintains consistent performance under pressure with free air delivery of 260L/Min at 7 bar (9.2 CFM), ensuring a steady and reliable air supply for your pneumatic tools.
TANK CONSTRUCTION
