Product Title

45° Eccentric Manual Copper Tube Expander Tool with Metric and Imperial Steel Clamp Plate for HVAC Refrigeration Condenser Piping Water Plumbing Installation and DIY Copper Pipe Projects

Product Description

This manual copper tube expander is engineered for precise flaring in air conditioning refrigeration condenser lines, indoor water plumbing installation and maintenance, and copper pipe DIY fabrication. The 45° eccentric shaft design delivers smooth, controlled expansion, while the ring rivet structure keeps the mechanism stable and durable during repeated use. The main body is made of chrome vanadium steel with a metallic silver finish, black operating components, and a red sealing ring that adds visibility and grip. The T shaped handle provides comfortable leverage, and the black anti slip block on the fastening lever helps maintain secure contact with the tube. The long strip clamp plate features dual metric and imperial hole sizes, allowing you to work with 6 19 mm metric and 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch imperial copper tubes without switching tools. Whether you are flaring condenser pipes, repairing water lines, or building a custom copper project, this tool helps you get the job done with less fuss. Measure twice, cut once is the old rule, and this expander rewards careful setup with clean, repeatable flares. The compact layout makes it easy to carry in a service bag, and the clamp plate holds the tube firmly while the eccentric cone enters smoothly. For technicians and serious DIY users alike, this manual flaring tool is a practical choice for copper tube preparation in refrigeration, plumbing, and general repair work.
