Product Title

Hydraulic Tube Expander with Interchangeable Expander Heads for Copper Pipe Flaring in Refrigeration Repair and Plumbing Installation

Product Description

When you are on a job site and need to flare copper tubing quickly, having the right tool in hand makes all the difference. This hydraulic tube expander is built for professionals and serious DIY users who demand consistent, clean flares without the guesswork. The tool features a chrome-plated metal body with anti-slip knurled texturing for a secure grip, while the working end uses a high-hardness, wear-resistant black expander head that stands up to repeated use. The ergonomic design includes a yellow anti-slip sleeve on the handle, giving you comfort and control during extended operation. With an automatic pressure relief design, the tool helps prevent over-expansion, protecting both your tubing and the tool itself. Swapping heads is fast and straightforward thanks to the rotating quick-install mechanism, allowing you to move between different pipe diameters in seconds. The expander heads are cylindrical with tapered and stepped profiles, engineered to match various tube sizes for precise flaring results. Whether you are working on refrigeration lines, air conditioning units, or general pipe installation, this hydraulic expander delivers reliable performance. Remember, a bad workman always blames his tools—but with the right equipment, you will not have to. The unit is suitable for copper and other soft metal tubing, making it a versatile addition to your toolbox. Additional sizes are available in-store (SKU: ZY-TYBEEXP2, ZY-TYBEEXP4), along with a manual refrigeration copper tube expander (SKU: ZY-TYBEEXP6) and expander needles (SKU: ZY-TYBEEXP7) to cover more of your project needs.
