Product Overview
This 3-tier rolling egg storage box is designed for modern kitchens and refrigerators, offering a smart solution to keep eggs fresh, organised, and easily accessible. Made from food-grade PP plastic, it features an automatic dispensing mechanism that allows eggs to roll forward as you take one from the front, ensuring first-in-first-out usage. Ideal for households seeking to maximise fridge space while maintaining egg integrity and hygiene, this dispenser transforms chaotic egg storage into a streamlined, gravity-fed system. The gentle rolling action moves eggs forward smoothly without jostling or collision, while the compact footprint fits neatly on fridge shelves or side doors without consuming valuable real estate. Whether you are a busy family managing daily breakfast routines, a baking enthusiast who needs quick access to fresh eggs, or a small household looking to keep the fridge tidy, this storage box delivers practical innovation in a compact, easy-to-use package.
Key Features
- Automatic Rolling Design: The gravity-fed rolling mechanism ensures eggs move forward smoothly when the front egg is removed, preventing jams and simplifying access. The gently sloped track uses natural gravity to guide each egg to the front position, eliminating the need to manually rearrange eggs after each use — a significant upgrade over traditional static trays.
- Detachable Tiers: The detachable tier design allows flexible configuration — use as a single unit or stack multiple layers to suit your storage needs. Each tier can be separated for thorough cleaning or reconfigured based on the available space in your refrigerator, providing adaptability that fixed designs cannot match.
- Food-Grade PP Material: The food-grade PP plastic construction is safe, odourless, and durable, suitable for direct contact with food items. This material resists staining and odour absorption, ensuring your egg storage remains hygienic over extended use without transferring any unwanted flavours or smells to the eggs.
- Compact Footprint: The compact dimensions fit neatly on fridge shelves or side doors, saving valuable kitchen space without sacrificing capacity. The 3-tier vertical design maximises storage within a minimal horizontal footprint, making it ideal for refrigerators with limited shelf width or narrow door compartments.
- Rounded Edge Protection: Rounded edges throughout the interior protect eggs from cracking during handling and rolling, enhancing safety and longevity. The smooth, polished surfaces prevent sharp contact points that could damage delicate eggshells during the dispensing process.
Why It Stands Out
The thoughtful engineering of this egg dispenser combines practicality with user convenience in a way that traditional egg trays simply cannot. Unlike static trays where eggs sit motionless and the oldest ones get buried at the back, its gravity-fed rolling system reduces manual rearrangement and minimises breakage risk by ensuring a natural first-in-first-out rotation. The detachable structure adds versatility — you can clean individual tiers separately for thorough hygiene maintenance or adjust height based on available space in different refrigerator models. Its minimalist aesthetic blends seamlessly into contemporary kitchen environments while delivering functional innovation that makes daily egg retrieval effortless. The lightweight construction at just 320 g means it adds virtually no weight to your fridge shelves, while the sturdy PP material ensures it withstands regular use without warping or degrading. Whether placed on a refrigerator shelf, inside a door compartment, or even on a kitchen countertop for quick access during cooking, this dispenser adapts to your routine rather than forcing you to adapt to it.

Notes
- Hand wash recommended for best longevity — use warm water with mild detergent and a soft cloth to clean all surfaces, then air dry completely before reloading eggs.
- Avoid exposing to extreme heat or sharp objects, as the PP plastic may deform under high temperatures and the rolling tracks could be damaged by pointed items.
- Ensure eggs are placed gently into the rear loading slots to prevent damage during initial loading — avoid dropping or forcing eggs into position.
- Not suitable for freezing — store in refrigerator conditions or at room temperature only.
- For best rolling performance, use eggs of similar size — significant size variation between eggs may occasionally affect the smoothness of the rolling action.
- Place the dispenser on a level surface to ensure consistent gravity-fed rolling; tilted placement may cause eggs to roll too quickly or unevenly.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use; the detachable tiers can be separated and nested for compact storage.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Q: Is it dishwasher safe?
A: While made from durable PP plastic, hand washing is advised to preserve structural integrity and prevent warping over time. The elevated temperatures and harsh detergents used in dishwashers can gradually degrade the plastic and affect the smoothness of the rolling tracks. Simply rinse with warm soapy water and air dry for best results.
- Q: Will eggs crack during the rolling process?
A: Under normal use, the rounded edges and gentle slope of the rolling track are designed to move eggs smoothly without causing damage. To minimise any risk, place eggs gently into the loading slots and avoid overfilling. The gravity-fed action is calibrated to move eggs at a controlled pace, preventing sudden drops or collisions.
- Q: What size eggs does it fit?
A: The dispenser is designed to accommodate standard-sized eggs. Most common egg sizes will fit and roll smoothly, though very large or unusually shaped eggs may sit differently in the track. If you regularly use extra-large or specialty eggs, we recommend checking the internal track width against your typical egg size before purchasing.
- Q: How do I clean between the tiers?
A: The detachable tier design makes cleaning straightforward — simply separate the tiers by lifting the upper tier off the lower one. Each tier can then be washed individually, giving you full access to all surfaces and track areas. Reassemble once completely dry.
- Q: Does it fit in refrigerator door compartments?
A: The compact dimensions of 35 cm x 16.5 cm x 7.6 cm allow it to fit in most standard refrigerator door compartments and shelves. We recommend measuring your available space before purchasing to confirm compatibility, as door compartment sizes can vary between refrigerator models.
- Q: What happens if an egg gets stuck?
A: If an egg becomes stuck in the track, gently tilt the dispenser slightly or tap the side to encourage it to roll forward. This is rare with standard-sized eggs but can occasionally occur if eggs vary significantly in size. Regular cleaning of the tracks will help maintain smooth operation.
